MADE-TO-MEASURE MUSIC

Looking to have a customised soundtrack for your visuals? We all know the limitations of stock music, especially when it comes to more narrative-driven and emotive stories. You can't always cut the sample track mid-chord or beat just to fit a scene transition. That's where made-to-measure music composition comes in - where each chord change is fine-tuned to suit the smallest details in a film, to create a seamless narrative and a compellingly fluid emotional build-up.

BIOGRAPHY

In my experience as a composer, I have scored the soundtracks for several short films, earning two nominations for Best Original Soundtrack at the Singapore International Film Festival for the short films “Orbits” in 2014 and “Giselle” in 2015, as well as a nomination for Best Score at the National Youth Film Awards in 2015 for the film “3 Seconds”. Beyond these passion projects, my body of commercial work spans from commercials for the United Overseas Bank, McDonalds and the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, to a dance production by Frontier Danceland (Milieu 2016). I hope to support the local Arts scene by collaborating with homegrown filmmakers and choreographers to take sound design to an emotional cutting edge.
